How to Use:

1. Massage the ointment onto clean and dry feet
2. Wear the provided plastic socks and then put on normal cotton socks over them
3. Leave the socks on for 30-90 minutes, depending on the condition of your feet
4. Carefully remove the socks and dispose of the plastic ones. Wipe off any remaining ointment with a paper towel or let it absorb naturally

Precautions:

• For external use only
• Avoid using on injured, scratched, or abraded skin – allow the skin to heal first
• Contraindications: pregnancy, diabetes, anaemia (G6PG deficiency), Reye syndrome, salicylate allergies
